Tanguay-Stajan-Iginla
Baertschi-Hudler-Cervenka
Glencross-Cammalleri-Stempniak

Proj. Lines per Roger Millions:
Baertschi Cervenka Hudler
Comeau Begin Jackman
Tanguay Stajan Iginla
Glencross Cammalleri Stempniak

Bouwmeester Giordano
Brodie Wideman
Smith Butler

MacDonald

I want to complain that Butler is still in the lineup. Someone like Carson has to be able to do a better job.

MMmmm, Butler had a decent game last night. I actually could not find much to complain about his play last night.

How about all the icings? Even when he has time and the other team clears the zone, he still can't hit a forward witha pass. It's almost comical.

Butler is still in the line up because Sarich is way to slow, and Anton would not be picked up on waivers if he was available. Smith has been no better than Butler.

Yep he was a big reason for the 2-1 goal. Kept the puck in the zone after a shaky play by Tanguay and then cranked a hard shot towards the net that got through and eventually got put in by Stajan. He looked good in the 5-6 role where he belongs, Smith as well.

Comeau worked hard last night, but I'm thrilled that he is off of Baertschi's line. A Baertschi-Cervenka-Hudler line is going to need some seriously sheltered minutes, but it is a home game and Hartley should be able to do it. That line could produce some offensive magic.

I can't wait to see the creativity that line could have. Sven and Huds had that 2 on 1 cross crease going on a few times already last game, they could be a fun line to watch.

So is Cervenka the center tonight or Hudler? Last nights game i could not get a good read on whether Comeau was center or Hudler.

Well I've only predicted a Flames loss twice from what I recall and both times the Flames won! In fact lastnight I predicted the score right just wrong team so I'm gonna go with a 4-2 Coyotes win(which translates into a 4-2 Flames win).

Comeau took the draws but he did seem to slide over to the wing after the fact. I'm hoping they finally try Cervenka at center.

I had hoped that Baertschi, Cervenka, and Hudler would end up on a line together.

As it was mentioned earlier they'll need some sheltered minutes for sure but with last change they should end up with some favourable match-ups tonight.

I think those are just the lines and out of order. I say that because I fear for our team's life if Comeau-Jackman-Begin make up our second line.

We are in the middle of a boring group of opponents. Minny again on Tuesday after Phoenix tonight. Blech.

True, but at least these are teams that the flames can beat.

Flames have 3 more games until the easy part of their schedule is complete.

Starting March the first 7 games are against upper echelon teams.

I rather watch the flames win against boring teams rather than getting their asses handed to them against tougher opponents.

With cervenka in and aliu out does this mean Sven gets shafted to the fourth line?

So am I right in seeing that there will be no Hanzel and Vrbata for PHX tonight? This should open things up a little for the Flames.
