There was no way he was coming out if this alive. IMO
Ok even if you think the cops were gonna execute this guy no matter what(which I think is bs) there were news choppers filming the whole thing! If he would have walked out with hands up and listened to police orders he would have been alive.
I don't know that there was a big conspiracy. However, it seems to me that some of the police involved acting as judge, jury and executioner in this case. Some of them had a grudge with Dormer even before he started killing police and civilians. If anything, there seems to be some incompetance and unprofessionalism on the part of the LAPD. The thing that really caught my attention was the "independent investigator" assigned to review Dormers allegations. He essentially said that he had decided ahead of time that the allegations were bunk and he was just doing it for show. Does that mean that there was a widescale plot to 'silence' him? Not likely. If Dormer wanted to, he would be alive and incarcerated right now.

I'm not a huge fan of Mr Jones, but am happy he has helped so many people open their eyes about what is going on around them. I don't believe the queen is a lizard alien from Quantico, but do believe that many historic events in life did not happen the way the government would like us to believe they did. I don't base my world view on him at all either. Some of his views, even I will agree, are nuts. Call me tinfoil hat, or whatever you want, but no matter how much of a lunatic Alex Jones looks like on national TV, he DOES make some amazing points about many topics.
I get that many people here absolutely despise anyone that questions the social norm and many also are quick to jump over the "conspiracy theorist" name calling. I get it and if you want to live in that world, where everything is perfect, that's awesome. I cannot though and would rather everyone question events that happen and what they are told instead of going along with the rest of the sheep.
Back on topic, the point I was making in my post was this:
The US government, by way of whatever police agency was involved here, tried, convicted, and sentenced this man to death, without him ever stepping foot in a court of law.
Was he guilty? Probably. Almost certainly. If he was guilty, did that make him an evil person? Absolutely. Scum of the earth to kill, especially a child. But, he did NOT deserve to be assassinated...no matter how stubborn he was to not come out of the building. He knew he was a dead man even if he attempted to surrender.
No he writes amazing pieces of fiction without any logical connecting of the dots of proof and logic, and then ignores anything that disproves his crap.
He's a lunatic who appeals to the most desperate members of society that need to blame evil conspiracies and cabals for the ills of society and makes a lot of money doing it. He's a parasite that literally feeds off of the brains of the gullible.
But he's got a brilliant debating points, if you argue with him or his fans about his crap the common response was, what your saying was part of the coverup, or your sheep in the government butcher shop.
I actually respect the guy because he's made a very nice living in the same mold as PT Barnum, you know "there's one born every minute"
The sad thing is that he also appeals to the distressed, the dysfunctional and the mentally ill and almost makes their lives worse.

Autopsy revealed he dies of a gunshot to the head. Likely self inflicted.
no a cop in a fireproof suit snuck into the cabin, shot him in the back of the head 8 times in the same spot and then put the gun in his hand,. Then the cops paid off the Coroner a Doctor Quincy by my records to state that the would in the back of his head was self inflicted.
Meanwhile the LA Police death squads are now moving to eliminate all participants in a training accident.

Not every cop in LA may be involved in some cover up, but the LAPD is unquestionably one of the most corrupt police forces in the world. Look up the Rampart scandal for a little LAPD corruption history lesson.
Well one thing for sure is the Dorner manhunt has really put a spotlight on LAPD police brutality. While what he did was crazy and illegal, it did bring a lot more attention to the problems with the LAPD. Just in this manhunt alone there were two documented cases of shoot first ask questions later on innocent bystanders and the cabin caught fire with tear gas canisters that were accidentally "incendiary" when they weren't supposed to be?
I really wouldn't be surprised if a lot of what Dorner was saying about the others officers and rape as well as the beating bits being true given LAPD's past history. Take for example this LA cop that gunned down a guy on the street and then takes an extra shot after shooting the guy four times in the back for good measure. Execute much? Was that extra shot to the head really necessary after shooting the guy in the back four times? Officer was cleared of wrongdoing before this video was released.

So it was deemed okay to shoot the guy for running away? im confused as to why he shot at the guy in the first place.
that's why i was almost kinda rooting for Dorner. he killed some innocent people and definitely deserved to be put down, but i was hoping he'd make good on his threats and take out some of the more corrupt officers in the LAPD first. that video is disgusting

At the end of the day, he was no hero, he really wasn't going after corrupt officers as he was going after people that he thought wronged him.
I would never root for a psycho like Dornier period.
Look there's no doubt that there is corruption in the LA police force, that's not one of the biggest secrets of life, but cheering that Dornier can be the avenging angel and judge jury and executioner while terrorizing innocent people feels really wrong to me.
He wasn't Robin Hood, he wasn't Denzel Washington he wasn't a hero, he was a sick disturbed killer with a narcissistic edge, and his death is a positive not because he forced change, but because he's dead.

Or, even more frightening, it speaks to them and they copycat his actions, thinking they are actually righting wrongs.

i agree with you, but i also think many of the officers in the LAPD are no better than Dorner. killing innocent people, same type of narcissistic edge that he had, the only difference is that they still get to hide behind a badge
the LAPD as a whole is no better than an organized crime gang. they may have many good people working for them, but until more actually take a stand and quit protecting their criminal brethren then they're all scum in my eyes

Look I don't disagree with you about the LA police department, but what separates us from the animals is that we shouldn't have people like Dornier or even members of the Police force running around as judge jury and executioner.
Dornier was not a hero and should never be viewed as a hero.
If he felt so strongly that he was wronged in the racism charges etc then there were other avenues to go to, instead he picked up the gun and went on a terror spree.
Anyone who feels sympathy for this guy or the segment of society that thinks he was doing something right is really really wrong.
Its a better world if the violent vigilantes stay in the comic books and the movies.

I can't tell if this is a joke or not, but if it isn't, wow, no respect for you anymore, you're a horrible person for hoping that.
Oh, and let me guess, you're basing your opinion of corrupt officers on action flicks and a handful of excessive force cases. Sure the LAPD has a few who take their powers too far, but as a whole, they're a decent force. Consider how many people they're serving and how many officers they have, of course you're going to get a few crazies in the bunch, like Dorner. They're over 5x bigger than CPS.
what bothers me the most is the route they took to get him, the shooting at blue trucks and the way he ended up going. I don't think there was any possible way that he was getting out of there alive

no, because of all the covering up that happens in that force for the "bad apples". executing people in the street, opening fire on innocent people in a vehicle that looks nothing like Dorner's, extreme amounts of racism. LAPD is pure scum

I don't really think this is exclusive to the LAPD. Cops tend to cover each others' asses really well. Vancouver PD is notorious for it in Canada. I think the biggest problem with the police is that complaints are handled internally. BC actually took a big step in this area by creating the IIO, which basically took police investigations out of the PD's hands. VPD were/are a big reason for this.

The video is bad. I don't know how someone could view that and think it wasn't.
The firing on the truck was stupid and the LAPD apologized profusely for the incident and will pay a lot of money to the person who got shot.
The racism thing is interesting but that being said I am not from the area, however to cast a wide net stating that the entire police department is scum seems a bit of a hyperbole. That being said the vast majority of the information that I know about the LAPD is from movies and from Rodney King, not really enough information to judge the entire department on.

The taxpayers of LA will be paying not the moron cops that shot up the truck. They probably won't even be fired...
