Ok.....deep breath boys.....you almost made it a one goal game there.........you can do this....just focus and keep skating.....plenty of game left to play.

I have to keep positive or I'll cry.

One thing I will say is that they did actually complete each of them - more completed passes in 5 seconds than they had in the first ten minutes. The team is able to make a lot more plays at speed than they have been able to in a long time. Of course they haven't come ready to play or compete tonight but still a lot of time left.

The Blues are such a meaty, solid squad. I'm not too worried that the Flames can't match them. They've been so strong since last season.

All the Flames need are more broken sticks at opportune moments.

And the 5th pass led to an A++++ scoring chance that took a miracle save to keep out, what are you complaining about.

It looked like too many passes, but it worked out perfectly. Nothing you can do about a save like that.

This... Is how sharks fans must've felt after the Kipper Scorpion... flames faithful at the dome have the same reaction as Shark Tank attendees

I get that it was an amazing desperation save but it is insanely stupid that it even got to that point. Only the Flames would pass the puck 5 times on a 3 on 1.

Yes it lead to a great chance but the same chance was had after the first pass and would have left far more time for a rebound chance.

Thats not a great save. 100% fluke. All good, flames have life. Great passes.

Lets go Flames!
