Irving has made some unbelievable saves this season. He's a good athletic goaltender.
But man, he has no confidence. Terrible mental game. And he looked so good last year.

What a pathetic start. It really annoys me how often the Flames allow their opponent to push them around like this in their own barn. Blues are skating circles around the Flames right now. Men vs. boys.

Yeah. The first goal is tough to blame Irving. Huge mistake by Wideman (though given what we heard of him before this, better than what I've expected).
The second one was on Irving to bail the team out of. A quality starter will have that type of goal...Irving isn't a starter yet. Simple as that.
