One of my biggest regrets is, not giving it 100%, every night in hockey. Not saying I could've gone pro, but I played high end and that was just relying on talent.
Had I put the effort in, I could've got a Scholorship and lived a different life.
Not saying that my life isn't great, I'm 30, great job and am genuinely happy with who I am. But It would've been cool to still be playing hockey for a living.

I regret not being able to say "No" to someones Mom.
Also regret not taking up golf until my late 20's, especially since I had a shift work job back then and could've golfed a ton, during weekdays.

I regret being poor through my teens and 20's and a lot of my 30's . . . . really limits your "fun" options in a lot of ways. It seems like a wasted 10 or 15 years in some ways yet it laid the foundation for a better life. Came from a lower middle class family and it seemed I'd been living on nickels and dimes for all my life through to then. On the other hand, it was very motivating and the last 20 or so years have been very different. You appreciate the results of effort.
On a similar vein, I regret not having the life experience, knowledge and particularly self-confidence I have now back in the early days. In my very early 20's, I took a picture of myself looking back at the camera in the mirror of my truck. You can see the angst and uncertainty about a coming life in those eyes. I pull that picture out every once in a while and remember what I was thinking then. I regret my present self wasn't there that day to tell that stranger that it would turn out alright in the end.
I regret going four years without a vacation in my late 20's/early 30's as I was getting established in my current career.
Generally, I should probably regret not having more regrets . . . . . . but I don't have that regret. Life is too short to be looking back regretting most of the dumb crap you once did. There's not much you can do to change the past but you can try to be better in the future.

I'd tell you I regret saying no to the rugby players a couple of years ago at the Trap, but I don't really. MMF threesomes are a lot of work for the F in the equation. lol.

Can I ask what is is you do CP? You seem to have quite the life out there in the country, and if you were poor throughout your 30's it gives me some hope

A ménage à trois turned into a bordel monstre when a North Dakota man was stabbed after refusing to change positions.
Orlando DeWitt was allegedly stabbed in the arm by Fargo resident Ashley Hunter, whom he had previously met in prison, reports The Smoking Gun. The tryst went down Feb. 8, after the two men left a Fargo bar and went back to Hunter's house for a party.

IIRC and I think he's mentioned it so I hope/don't think I stepped out of line here, that he's had kids. That helps the budget!

Another regret that I have that's on the very minor scale is not learning how to skate when I was a little kid, so I could've played ice hockey. Lived in Calgary all my life, and loved hockey (and Flames) when I was young. My mother never took me skating though, and she didn't have a lot of money, so I only played in one youth league which was football. My older brother (18 year diff.) on the other hand did play ice hockey for several years when he was a kid. I never attempted skating until I was 17.

not looking into surgery options for gynecomastia sooner. my 20's were basically wasted as a result of having no self-esteem from it

I couldn't help it with the "gyne" in the first part.
I thought it was possibly something that, that 223 guy is trying to avoid. Like he had low self esteem because his gf should have gone for gynxxxxxxx surgery.

Yep, I know that feeling, but mine was stupidity induced. I got into some bad 'supplements' in my early 20's when I was a stupid and thought I'd cheat my way to an Arnie build. Looked like a tank for a few years, then when all the muscle melted off, I was left with that nightmare. So my low self esteem that lead to the usage at the time, led to even worse self esteem after. I only waited a year or so to get it all fixed up, but it was a $10,000 mistake.
Any young guys I know that are thinking of dabbling in juice, I am more than willing to tell them the horror of dealing with gyno, and the subsequent nightmare it is to get fixed. They don't seem to care about the liver damage, heart damage etc. but once you wrap their head around the fact they might end up with bigger titties than their girlfriend, seems to stop them in their tracks.

Most recently, using a can of salmon to make some Tuna Helper because I didn't have any tuna handy. A website suggested it would be okay and actually taste better. That was probably a lie.
