Anyone know if he has been stone cold the last few games in Abby or has he started another scoring streak?
I like this kid, think he can stay with the big club and get some good chemistry going with Sven when he is ready to return. Just have to make room for him. But Stempniak is play well with cammy and Glencross so our top nine is locked in for the forseeable future.
Hopefully management has it in their heads that the kids need to get some good third line minutes or we wait until next year to see them develop on the big club.

Who knows, cross that bridge when we get there. Might be a whole new set of injuries at that point.
Comeau or Begin are good starts though.

I can't see them putting him at center if they have moved him to the wing in the AHL.
I would expect Tanguay, Stajan, Jones and Begin will be the centers.

Wouldn't be shocked to see either of those guys get a conditioning stint (or longer for Sven) in the AHL before coming back up. Especially if Horak plays well.

@SUNGilbertson: #Flames fans might want to know that LW Roman Horak, who's on his way back from Abbotsford, is 4-for-7 in AHL shootouts this season.

Ahh poor guy.. I can't help but feel happy for Horak though. Especially since I will actually be at that game..
What line will he draw into? Tanguay was centering Cervenka and Hudler? Who was on the first line with Iggy and Cammalleri?

Horak and Byron have played both wing and center for the heat. I highly doubt they brought up horak to play wing. They seem pretty flush at wing.

Lines last night were:
Glencross - Byron - Iginla (Jones after Byron got hurt)
Stempniak - Stajan - Cammalleri
Tanguay - Cervenka - Hudler
Jackman - Jones - Comeau

Lines tomorrow night should be, IMO:
Glencross - Tanguay - Iginla
Stempniak - Stajan - Cammalleri
Horak - Cervenka - Hudler
Jackman - Jones - Comeau

Splitting up Tanguay & Iginla has proved better than having them together lately. What I'd probably do:
Hudler - Tanguay - Cervenka
Cammalleri - Horak - Iginla
Glencross - Stajan - Stempniak
Jackman - Jones - Begin

I liked the break down of the lines last night, good chemistry between tanguay and the Czechs. Cammy got along very nicely with stajan and stumpy.
And Iggy was all kinds of wicked awesome with jones and Glencross. If anything Id put jones back down and slot Horak with Iggy and Glencross, more of a proper playmaker for the two.
