I walked the entire length of the park several times and exited through various points on both the East and West sides. Not a single point in that park is natural.
Well that depends on how pure something needs to be before you call it natural, but the majority of the northern portion (above the reservoir) bares no resemblance to a "manicured lawn with deliberately placed trees throughout". The center of the park is certainly like that, I mean it's literally called "The Great Lawn", but if you actually explore the park you'll find plenty of very different areas.

There is nothing special or entertaining about dunking a basketball.

You see highlights of Blake Griffin on TSN, "OH ME OH MY!!!!!". I can't help but think "this is awful".

Congrats on being 7 feet tall. That's 2 of 100 points.

LOTR - both the books and the films. Just never really been interested by it. I think I was the only one out of my friends that didn't care when the first film came out.

Speaking as someone who made that decision almost 20 years ago, nothing selfish about it and something you won't regret.

Easy for FF to say when every time you would talk to him it started with "My wife and I will be out of the country..."

I honestly think that couples who know this, and act in accordance with it, are far less selfish than people who have kids for the hell of it, or because of some misguided idea that they're supposed to have kids.

Jimmy Carr is massive d-bag and remarkably unfunny.

I find interest in, and knowledge of cars stupid. This includes any professional automobile racing.

Being knowledgable about cars makes you stupid? Certainly an unpopular opinion, but I don't get it. Its saved me thousands of dollars by not getting ripped off by fraudulant mechanics and dealerships over the years. And F1 is awesome. And who the hell is Jimmy Carr?

This comes up so often that I'm convinced this is actually a popular opinion. I agree with you as well.

French cuisine is overrated. Outside of the occasional baked good there's special about it. It doesn't come close to the tastiness of cuisines like Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, and Indian.

Central park has completely different goals, other than walk, run or ride.
CP has 20 Baseball diamonds, Horse carriage rides, skating rinks / swimming pools, Zoo, Museums, volleyball, tennis, croquet, lawn bowling, statues galore, boat rentals and a couple lakes. It see's thirty-five million visitors annually. Tourists flock to Central Park in NYC, Fishcreek park, not so much.
