Tanguay has a 7 game point streak.
Him, Backlund, Cervenka and Hudler have been great all season. It's a shame we didn't have the last two earlier, probably have two more points.

imagine how many more points he would have if he didn't pass it 98% of the time?

Win feels good, **** the stats.
Nice to see Cervenka get one, hopefully the first of many to come. I feel optimistic about this team even when they're behind in a game. Couldn't honestly say I felt that way last season. Great job Flames!
Brodie and Wideman continue to impress.

What does the title mean? I can't help but think it has something to do with Rob Kerr.

Flames have the highest G/G in the NW
Parise and Suter?
Hudler and Wideman, b#%ch!
Said repeatedly coming into the season that the offseason acquisitions were going to make this team better. But noo, Wideman was "a defensive liability", and Hudler "just a product of Detroit's great system" that required "sheltered minutes and favorable zone starts".
Well, alrighty then.

Flames are 1 point ahead of their pace from last season. If not for the gaff in the Hawks game, they'd be up 2.

We'll be fine. This is not a team from the last 3 years.

TSN panel must be hating this. Hudler and Wideman are feeding them.

Thats is not a word either.
Anyway, I liked the way the Flames played, and I kept thinking that a year ago under Brent this would have been a sure loss. The club is showing a lot more confidence and are not terrified to go on offense. Bouwmeester is a reborn player, lots to like I'm feeling optimistic.

Reaallly hope Backs is not injured for long, he's blossoming into a top 6 forward.
