Chris Cuthbert got his big CBC break during a power outage I think the one in Boston where he handled it solo for half an hour.

I wonder what happens in that situation, do they cancel the halftime show altogether, or restart it and play it over from where the power went out? Obviously you would think the game takes precedence over Beyonce, but who really knows.
