Should've blown the doors off that team with how tired they looked.

Pretty incredible how they seemed to turn it on at will when they looked in danger of falling behind.

Hossa is in absolutely incredible hockey player.

The Kane goal needs to be stopped, and the Hossa goal he was laying on the ice before the puck even got there. We needed him to preserve that win, and he didn't.

Sure it was a entertaining team, but this team is bad, and there is a good chance we finish last in the NHL.

Definitely a lot of positives from that game but unfortunately that's becoming too cliche this season... It was a very entertaining game and I do enjoy that. If the team does any worse than 2-2 over the next 4 It's going to be tough to retain post-season optimism

As soon as overtime ended, these were my thoughts:
NSFW!

Instead of 1 minute, 1 point. that is all.

Can't let a scrub like Ray Emery dominate you like that.

This is going to be a very bad team.
You're nuts. Kipper was awesome tonight. It was the forwards' lack of finish that killed the Flames tonight. If we had capitalized on at least two or three of those scoring chances, this would have been a sure win for the Flames.

At first I thought "I really hope he's wrong", but I think I could stomach it in a short season.

On the shootout, I was half expecting him to throw it into the bench towards #12.

I feel like he had it together last year, where he would finally shoot. We're back to his old ways again.....the skill is there, but always looking for Iggy like lost puppy.

#### the shootout. Would have really liked to see Glencross as the third shooter. Give him a shot at redemption.

1-3-2

3 points in the first six games. Translates to a 41 point season.

They needed to win and despite the obvious effort, they couldn't get it done. I am going to give this team 4 more games before I give up on them.

Hartley announced it before the game, part of his regular defence rotation to start the season.

Hossa's celebration was hilarious, that little arm shuffle he did was great.

Sutter Syndrome.

Man we could have used some physical play out there. If we hit them hard in the 1st period the Hawks would have been gassed by the 8 minute mark of the 2nd.

You need to math better.

A) It's 4 points.
B) 3 points in 6 games would translate to a 24 point season.
C) 4 points in 6 games would translate to a 32 point season.

I can't find anything right in your reply.

i really don't see how people are saying the Flames deserved a better fate. all they had to do was play solid defense for 30 seconds, and they failed. they had the game in hand and they let it slip away, that's what bad teams do

If they play like that every night, they win 9 times out of ten. Tonight was that 1.
