Flames drinking games
So I have decided that if I am going to watch Flames games going forward, I need to drink more. Possibly a lot more, depending on how things go. As such, I thought it might be fun to hear some suggestions or experiences from others here about any Flames drinking games they have participated in, heard of, or might suggest.
Bear in mind that while today's game is a home game on HNIC, variations for all location and broadcast possibilities would be appreciated. Or the game should be flexible enough to be used for all Flames games. Good, bad, ugly, great - what have you.
Thanks CP!

Drink when Flames lose a puck battle along the boards, 2 drinks if it's in their own end.
Drink when Chris Butler gives the puck away.
Drink when anyone falls when they have absolutely no reason to.
Drink when anyone can't take a pass/shot due to a bouncing puck.
Chug when Kipper lets in a softie.

Take a drink when Rob Kerr sounds like his going through puberty.
Take a drink when another play dies on Comeau's stick.
Take a drink if Bouwmeester "blasts" a shot from the point or has a "cannon"
Take a drink every time Tanguay tries to force a pass to Iginla instead of shooting.
Take a drink every time Butler comes over the boards, you will need it.
Take a drink every time you hear that god awful Barbera Streisand song.
Take a drink every 30 seconds during the last five minutes of the game if the Flames lead by one.

Blakes trademark is coming into the offensive zone with full speed a chance too shoot, nope passes it up, slowly the excitment goes away for a scoring chance, but Blake going all out goes behind the net for no reason what so ever, comes back into the slot waits until there is 7 people in front of the goalie then shoots it right into them for deflection out of play.
That play itself should require us to chug a entire bottle of whiskey.

Take a drink whenever we lose a face-off and you'll be unlikely to make it to the 2nd period.

What's the over/under on the number of times Simmer says "again"? Someone really should count. You would definitely be dead if you took a drink every time.

I should have asked in the OP - what is a drink considered to be for these games? Is it a shot? A swallow of beer? A sip of a cocktail? I don't know the specifics. I suppose an important factor would be whether your aim is to make it through the game, or to simply get really drunk really fast.

Really surprised about all the wildly original Comeau and Butler jokes in this thread.
Who could have seen that coming?

Drink when Iginla backchecks, you will still be able to show up at your AA meetings with a clean record then.

Tonight it's the Anti-Flames CBC crew
Or "Hockey Night in Edmonton" covering the game.
With the Flames' biggest fan Kelly Rhudey on color.
Need separate drinking rules for the CBC broadcast*

Take a drink anytime you feel bored during the game.
Drink 2 drinks anytime you start to feel hope.
Take 3 drinks every time you start to feel depressed.
That's not really a game though. That's just the life of a Flames fan.
