This is the last night for Centre Ice being free.

Games in progress which begain at 1700h and are early in the third period.

The Penguins lead 2-0 over the Rangers, game is on RDS in Canada and NHL Network USA.

The Capitals lead 2-1 over the Leafs.

The Blues lead 3-1 over the BJs.

It is a 4-4 tie between the Sabres and Bruins.

It is a 3-3 tie between the Islanders and the Devils.

The Jets at Panthers game began thirty minutes later, the second period has just ended and it is tied 1-1.

Another 5 point game from Vanek, he now leads the league in points with 15 in 6 games. That's with missing a game as well.

sharks scored like 2 goals in 15 seconds. really unfortunate since the oilers were dominating play 5on5.

It is 1-1 between the Predators and the Kings. Both goals were scored in the first period. Nashville scored first, Yip, just 58 seconds into the game. Brown tied it up later in the period.
