I've only been taking them for a month but they are working really well for me.
You could saw the legs off your bed frame and that would eliminate those monsters lurking under your bed

Ask your doctor about Trazodone. It was developed for depression but was found to encourage sleep. It made me sleep like a baby at first, and is a little less effective now. It doesn't cause any dependency.

Doc doc I keep having this dream where I'm flying over the land and all I can see is my shadow and everything my shadow touches rots and dies, finally I fly over my house and with no hesitation I fly over it killing my family. Then when I wake up I have a boner.

What does it mean doc, what does it mean

It's also remarkably safe. As far as overdose goes, a man tried committing suicide by taking 7500mg (normal dose is 50-150mg tabs) and the only thing he got was tired for a day

Sounds like it's more about the kids than actual insomnia. You'll just have to be a parent and power through it. As mentioned there are lots of natural methods that should work good to help a bit. Exercise, good food and level of vitamins and supplements.

If it's real bad, you always have your doctor.

If you're going to go the pills route, seriously just go to toking some herb before bed. Pot helps you get into deep sleep faster and unlike those pills you can't take too much and die.

Lots of pills won't kill you either...

ZMA will also give you vivid dreams. But the extra REM sleep is worth it.
