Email Meeting Request Solutions

I thought I would ask you IT folks and see if anyone uses anything like what I am thinking about for booking meetings. I am looking for a template or software I can email out for meeting requests that allows the recipient to see a pre set amount of days and times that are available and they can select one that works best for them.

If anyone knows of anything that does this I would appreciate it as I cannot see the function available in regular outlook
