Possible Incident @ Alex Ferguson Elmntry in SW
A friend, and now CBC reporting 20+ officers completely surrounding Alex Ferguson school in the SW, police helicopter is overhead. Precautionary I would assume, but if anyone knows more...

SWAT team was there, it looked like. ONE thing on Twitter I see saying "they found the gunman near my house" but I'm not taking that as fact at this point, obviously. I'm thinking whatever happened was just in the vicinity of the school and its precautionary.
I remember my high school in Lethbridge being locked down for 2+ hours after an armed robbery with a knife 2 blocks away and we were all horrified cause we had no idea what was going on.
