Ouch. His right knee didn't look good on the field. That's not fun to watch.

Mike Shanahan deserves the blame for this. It was obvious he shouldn't be out there.

Yikes, if it wasn't for that brace, that could have been nasty.

Brutal. That's tough to see. Hopefully he'll be okay. I'm part of the group that says he shouldn't have been playing after he re injured it earlier

No excuse for the playing conditions of that field - the dude in charge needs to be looking for work tomorrow AM

My knee twinged there too...been there done that, first before a brace and then again even with a brace, just like that. Clearly he shouldn't likely have come back since earlier in the game, even after the injury a month ago. Too bad, hopefully Shanahan hasn't ruined him.

It's been like this for a while, I noticed a few weeks back how haggard that field is. It's not a "bad weather last night" thing, the field is just a torn up disaster.

Also, anyone else lose their sound when RG3 went down and still not have it back?

Should be a fun divisional weekend for the NFC at least. GB-SF and Seattle-Atlanta should both be great.

I wouldn't be surprised if Washington announces that RG3 will need major knee surgery in the off season, that knee buckled badly even with a brace on and it just looked structurally bad.

You always worry about something like that long term with a athlete that depends on his legs as much as he does.

He shouldn't have been out there after the first sign of trouble. But he got exposed a bit in terms of his throwing ability.

Seattle on the other hand did go into beast mode after the first quarter, upped the physical play and beat up the Skins.

Shanahan should be fired for his handling of RG3. your franchise player is already hurt, unable to run the ball and visibly limping when he tries, and you leave him out there? it was at the point where he couldn't even pass the ball, it's not a hard decision at that point. pull him out and see what Cousins can do, if you lose oh well, at least Griffen doesn't aggravate his injury anymore and he's ready for next season. but now Washington will be lucky if RG3 doesn't need major surgery

taking a minor injury and turning it into a potential career impacting one for your star quarterback is ridiculous

Especially with the way Cousins has played this year, RG3 needed to be out of the game. Shanahan is a fool

Speaking from personal experience, it sometimes is better to just go ahead and tear the ligament. Trying to get by with a damaged ligament might have just meant he'd tear it next year.

Woooowoooo. Nice win by the boys. Poor RG3 I feel bad for him there's no way he should have been playing.

I gotta say I love Richard Sherman. Sure he's pretty yappy, but at least unlike D'Angelo Hall he actually backs it up.
