Why tip someone who can only pick me up at an awkward time, still needs to pick up two more people before getting me to the destination, and takes the slowest route possible?

maybe with a tip, he skips the other two pickups and runs some red lights in getting you reunited with your unit

The only shuttles I've ever seen get a tip are drunk bus shuttles and it usually goes to charity.

I saw a list once of people who can be tipped and it was quite long. Basically anyone who does a service for you. Drivers, gas jockeys, on and on.

The only people I tip are servers and hairdressers.
