Yes Russell and 3 rushing only.

Crap was so shocked that it gave me a mind cramp. Either way that's impressive.

Embarrassing that my favorite NFL team has any association with this AChannel produced halftime production.

I'm seriously considering going to the game next week in Seattle. That should be a blast.

I think I would like one of those Wolf Grey Russel Wilson jerseys. Have to really credit Caroll for not going into camp with his head up his arse and looking at all his QB's. He tried a lot of guys, but looks like he found the dart that's going to stick.

Dominating win today.

Wilson in full control and kept Buffalo on their toes early.

Seattle's QB pressure and shutting down the run, forced BUF to throw long balls. Even with 3 secondary starters missing, that was ineffective and 2 INT's for Seattle.

With SF's win tonight, next weeks game is for positioning more or less.

Seattle can still get a home playoff game by winning the next two games and SF losing against St. L.
With one win, Seattle will get a road wild card game against most likely WSH or DAL, possibly GB if GB stumble.
Seattle can lose out, but get help and still get in too.

Absolute domination tonight....but just a carry over of the same consistent play, soliid offensive and defensive game planning, and execution that we've seen the last month or so.

Defense lights out.

Lynch now 3 100 yard games vs SF in the time it took the rest of the league as a whole to do it twice.

Wilson a gem. A defense/ST play to turn the game around again.

So SEA can get 2nd seed if:

They win and SF loses to ARI and GB loses. The SF loss is a long shot, as demoralizing loss as this could be. The GB is a bit different...in Minnesota and a Minnesota wins gets them in the playoffs (against GB no less) too.

If SEA wins, SF loses and GB wins, Seattle gets the 3rd seed and the crucial home playoff game. Could be against CHI, NYG or MIN.

If Seattle wins, SF wins and GB wins, Seattle plays the winner of Dal and Wash.

If Seattle loses, Seattle again plays the winner of Dal and Wash no matter what.

So, pretty good for Seattle, they've earned this spot (though those single score losses to MIA, DET, ARI and STL are killer right now). The long shot to get the two or three seed would be hge to get a bye and/or home playoff game where they are 7-0 right now (and would be 8-0).

But, win or lose and go and play a wildly inconsistent Dallas team (who Seattle has already beat this year) or a Washington team that its hard to put a finger on, and would have to beat this up and down Dallas team to play Seattle.

I like Seattle's chances to win that first road wild card game, cautiously, considering they way they are playing. Its the second game that may be tough if they have to go to GB or ATL, for example. But, takes the pressure off next week...with a lot of luck they could have a week off and home game and two wins from a SB.

Good times, nice to have this feeling again about the team for the first time in 5+ years.

I thought Seattle would get maybe 5 wins if they over achieved this year and I am pleasantly mistaken. It sure has been exciting football for Seahawk fans these last 3 weeks. Seattle has outscored its last three opponents 150-30. I'm not a fan of running up a score but Seattle fans rarely see this type of scoring so I'm taking it as a treat that it is.

The injuries to SF today does make the game next week more difficult but lets face it - it's a 5 - 10 team vs a 10 - 4 - 1 team. Playing the upset card could work in Arizona's favor too. Fingers crossed!

I'm not a Minnesota fan at all and I think Seattle plays better staying in rhythm not taking a week off so I'm not sure. You'd think a rest would be good and there are a few injuries and I think these ones are before this last game so it will be updated.

He knocked the Christmas stuffing right out of him..It shouldn't have been a penalty but it was so fast and his head snapped back so quickly that the ref wasn't sure..I guess he wanted to be on the safe side.

They won 7 games last year, brought back their best starters, and improved at the QB position. No way they were winning less than 7 games this season. I had them winning 8 games in my preseason predictions, so the fact that they won at least 10 doesn't surprise me that much. The development of Wilson does though, I never expected him to be this good.

Looks like Sherman won his appeal, so no suspension for him. At least according to his own twitter.

Got off on a technicality, the tester broke the tube of the initial sample and not following proper procedure.
Very fortunate.

Good win today. Given the team had no chance to move out of the 5 spot, it was good to have a tough game against a much improved Rams team...a team better then they were earlier in the year. NFC West will be good for a couple years to come.

Some sloppy play, a good pass rush from St L had Sea's offense stalled. Good for Seattle to overcome and finish off that game with a long drive, and a defensive stand and win the close game. Exactly the type of game the team needs to get away from the feeling not invincible as they were the last month and work on some things.

Hopefully the hype the game tonight is getting gets both of those teams spent physically and emotionally. However it goes, I like Seattle's chances against either of those teams. Seattle is still on a roll of 7 of 8 wins, and the NFC East is media hyped beyond belief.

Undefeated at home in 2012. Not sure if any rookie qb an has ever done that.

So was Washingtons run game that good or was Dallas just that bad/beat up that they couldn't stop it? Hawks need to figure that out.

It's that good. 1600 yds from Morris and 815 from RG3 who would have broken 1000 if not for his knee injury.

Plus it creates the play action setup that makes the redskins offense hard to figure out.
