I was going to comment on that, I'm finding it rather astounding actually. A lot of talent in that place on a daily basis.

Yoga X, even though Tony favours the right side way too much, I really enjoyed the 'calm throughout the storm' aspect. Yoga is the closest thing to a fountain of youth that mankind has discovered, everyone should do yoga. 
 
It's crazy how plyo begins to feel like an off-day towards the end (I only have to work out for 50 minutes, awesome). While I'm at it, #### 'legs and back' day, #### it in it's stupid ####ing ###, I'm never doing another g-d lunge.

Decided to switch it up about a month ago and am now surfing every morning before work - before i would sneak  out at lunch or after work if time allowed (which was rare). I do a lot of running and a lot of biking, so it's hard in the winter to find replacement workouts. I dislike treadmills and stationary bikes. I actually prefer to be MOVING someplace, even if it is running circles around a track. 
 
I work in this building here:  
So at 5:30pm, when everyone else has gone home for the day, I'll run to the top, take the elevator down, go to the top again, repeat for an hour.
