I could have sworn I heard someone call them zombies before. Either in the comic or the TV show. Why do I feel like the guys they shot up in the bar after they picked up drunk Hershel used the word before?
Came across this video of Bear McCreary explaining the opening title theme. He talks about how the title music changes and evolves with every episode. Pretty cool stuff. Then there is more insight into other parts of the scores used early on in the series, and lots more content throughout his site.
I got a little worried that Merle and Darryl were going to be executed at the end there. They introduced a whole new group of people, so you gotta make room, right? They both still might not make it out of there, but I'm guessing at least one does (i.e. Darryl). Who knows, maybe Andrea somewhat makes amends for shooting him in the head before.
It's cool to see badass Carl. After shooting your mom in the head, what's the big deal with shooting some other random woman?

Anyone else see something creepy brewing with the other con (the guy with the gold rush mustache?) . . . I'm wondering if that is following a story arc found in the comics . . .

Awesome episode. Couple beefs though... Didn't like how they just magically appeared inside Woodbury. Michonne's total lack of communication on anything is making her real tough to like. Annoyed the hell out of me that Maggie wouldn't just shoot Merle in the face when she had the gun on him. I know why they didn't want him killed off right there, but that's one bit of disbelief that I just couldn't suspend. Write it another way so that she never gets the upper hand like that and I don't have to tell at my TV "Why the f*** don't you just shoot him??!"
