Milton & the Governor obviously know that everyone turns after they die. That's why they had the old guy strapped down to the table.

But at the CDC, Jenner showed Rick's group the brain activity scans that showed that the "re-animation" only occurred in the brain stem. Milton might have found that information to be quite relevant to his experiment. Andrea might have thought to tell him that.

Other randon thoughts:

I'm interested in why the Governor is keeping the aquarium wall full of heads. Food for Penny, perhaps? Just his "trophy" wall?

Milton is an interesting character. He doesn't seem totally sold on Woodbury.

Speaking of Andrea and what she knows... Did she find out that Shane was dead before they were all run off the farm? I don't think she did... I wonder if that comes into play when/if she needs to decide between Rick's group and Woodbury.

The question is do the writers remember this? Continuity does bother me that much but this would be a big oops if they forget to address this.

I thought Rick told the group Shane was dead. I am probably mistaken, but thought that was the case.

He did, He told them "I killed my best friend for you guys" but this was well after they left the farm and Andrea was not with them.

That was what I meant.

Good point about Shane, that will have to be a factor if she has to deal with Rick again.

She wasn't there when Rick told them. Hence the confusion when Andrea and Michonne saw the Woodbury group stabbing the helicopter passenger in the head.

How come they never call them zombie's?

Walkers, biters, etc, but I don't think i've ever heard the word zombie on that show. The big heads must think zombie is too cartoonish and the show needs to be taken serious. haha


Oh ya, another beef, when Andrea told her archery instructor, who couldn't shoot, that she had to kill her sister, she was smiling, seriously? that should have been a painful memory.

Kirkman addressed this once, he says they are in a universe that had no idea of what a zombie was before this. No movies or myth's about them, so when it happened they had no idea how to deal with them or what to call them.

I did not know this. That makes it all the more impressive. Given the hours most of us have dedicated to thinking about how we would respond in the initial stages of world war Z, we are much better prepared than Rick et al.

I want to say it was when he was on Talking Dead sometime in season 1. I know the website allows you to watch old episodes of Talking Dead, if someone really wants to go back and try and find it.

^^I saw that as well. The host asked him directly why don't they call them zombies and that was his reply. I am thinking season 2, early season 2.
