One thing about email I don't really like over iOS is that you have to have two separate icons for Gmail and Exchange. It was nice in iOS to combine these to one Mail icon and then select the account.

Have you tried K-9 email? I don't have an Exchange account on my phone so I can't be sure but it might do the trick for you.

So you say the phone is... worth... the wait? Yeaaaahhhh!
Great review though thanks. Love hearing reviews from people here then any other website.
I'd imagine the led notification could be changed to whichever you wish, no? That is what I missed most on the Nexus S..

I would assume it can be changed, but I've not experimented with that yet. I think I read some nexus 10 people changing the led notification, so I assume you can do it on the 4 as well.

Yes you can change the LED notifications to whatever you want. I'm not sure about the actual nexus menus, but I used to use an app called Light Flow for that. Allows you to change notifications from any program to any colour notification. I set my missed called to Red for example.

Has there been any word, or anything, about when Google will have more for order?
I think I'm sold.
A lot of really great reviews from you guys, in this thread. Really appreciate it!

There are people still on back order, so until all those back orders are filled, we won't see any for new order. Probably at least 3 weeks I would guess.

Couple other things:
After prolonged use, it gets pretty hot. It's only really noticeable if you put it in your pants right after use for 15 minutes.
The device is pretty slippery. I have dropped it after placing it on the arm of a leather couch. My 3GS would never fall off, but the Nexus 4 has already. Onto carpet thankfully. The device being larger I feel like I could drop it easier. So someone coming from an iPhone to this device may notice it being harder to hang onto because it is larger, but it;s like that with all Android devices practically.
And Super Nintendo Chalmers, I have not tried that program, I will do so sir!

Interestingly, it gets measurably slower under sustained use because it has to throttle down to meet thermal requirements:

Oh well, random thought and not what this thread is about.
This what I came to post.

Your Nexus 4 order is scheduled to ship this week. We’ll send you a notification, including tracking information, when it’s on the way.
Please note that your order will be charged in full when it ships. As a courtesy and to thank you for your patience, you’ll then receive a credit for the shipping charge within 7 business days.
Thanks again,

it's because it's a step backwards. Android has always gotten points over Apple for having phones with expandable storage and removable batteries. the fact that Google's new flagship device removes those two features is troubling

Not to mention, as expensive as it is, at least Apple offers some choices for storage space. Most people would easily be happy with a 64 GB phone as that basically takes almost all the complaints away, but nope. Google decides to release only 8 and 16?

So judging by reviews, it still correct to say that the S3 is a better choice?

So it's for sale again on the US site with a 1-2 week shipping estimate, but nothing for Canada.

Yeah, I was watching it with a proxy and it looked like it lasted maybe 2-3 minutes.
