Absolutely. I don't think he will be around for next season. He may very well end up being who Laguerta thinks is the Bay Harbour Butcher to wrap up that story line. Maybe he will commit suicide. Probably after something happens to Nadia. If he doesn't kill himself, I figure he will die trying to protect Nadia from the Brotherhood. I also think Deb will end up killing Hannah to get her out of the picture. I think that the only major character that Dexter will kill is Sirko.

I think it's going to Batista who finally dies. He's looking to get out of Metro and live the happy retired cop life with his restaurant. Could be collateral damage.
That being said I agree that Quinn is gonna get got sometime soon, and it's about time. Getting real tired of his character.

Just watched the latest episode. By far the best episode I have seen in a while. It seriously had everything. The proverbial #### has officially hit the fan. Looking forward to next week.

Dexter and Walking Dead have both gone from disappointing to must watch TV this season. Best Sunday night TV ever.

All the great shows seem to be on Sundays. My pvr sits dormant Monday-Saturday.. then all of a sudden it's put into overdrive.

Yeah. Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage (early years), X-files, come to mind as other Sunday shows off the top of my head.

I throw Boardwalk Empire into that list and yeah, those are the only 3 shows that matter right now. Loving all three seasons.

You can add Homeland to the list as well. I get 4 shows on Sunday night (Dexter, Walking Dead, Homeland and Boardwalk Empire), which is basically my tv for the rest of the week

Well they definitely got rid of Stevenson's character in a hurry, which I found odd. Pretty sure he could have easily survived that gun shot wound, if he was taken to the hospital or if Dexter had fixed him up.
Not sure why they are bothering moving onto a new villain with only 3 episodes remaining, but hopefully the season ends on a high note.

Isak had to go but that was quick but he was a man of his word.
The main story for the next 3 weeks will be LuGuerta and Tom nipping on Dexter's heels. I'm pretty sure the arson investigator is the killer but why add that in is lame.
Good stuff.

That's what I thought, hard to believe that wound would be fatal. He survived for hours after that while Dexter must have loaded him into his vehicle, drove to his boat and ran him out to the dumping spot. When he got shot it was bright sunlight and it was dark when he died. This isn't 1826, I'm sure doctors could have saved him. What was the point of blackmailing Dexter to kill the assassins in a desperate bid to stay alive if he is just going to give up like that?

The arson investigator could potentially be pinned as the bay harbour butcher.
All dexter needs to do is plant the slides at another arson scene

How would that work? Its a completely different MO than the Bay Harbour Butcher's. No boat, no body dumping, the use of arson is completely different, and the BHB is supposed to be dead still.
All it would do is confirm to Laguerta that its Dexter.

I agree with you, but the one tie-in could be that LaGuerta believes that the Bay Harbour Butcher used a fire to kill Doakes. Still, I think she'd remain skeptical.

Sorry, I should've elaborated further.
Doake's wasn't actually the BHB, as Laguerta suspected, but he was framed. The fact that Doake's died in a fire/explosion, with the slides planted in his car to frame him, along with the bloodslide in the Church where the DDK was found makes that two situations with fire/blood slides.
If Dexter were to catch the Arson guy in the act, plant some bloodslides, and set everything on fire, this could work?
It's a far stretch, but I don't see why else they would start this whole new plot line of the fires this late in the season.

Hmm, I hope that's not the route they take. I'm guessing Laguerta gets killed off once she's figured out its Dexter.

the last look that Hanna gave the camera after Dexter poured his heart out was rather indifferent. i think something's gonna change with her and Dex will end up having to kill her. really hope i'm wrong as i want to see her in the final season, but it's a hunch
