Pretty much un-heard of for a 19 year old sophomore being the offensive leader of a top NCAA team, This kid is getting major attention in the Boston area. I bet Feaster gets a few calls about this guy.
Arnold is very similar in style of play to Max Reinhart, although he arguably has more of a scoring touch and mean streak, but sees the game slightly "worse" than Max Power does.

I know the comparisons for other smaller nhl'ers who have had success has been asked, but for anyone who has actually watched him play, is he a high skill dipsy-doodler, similar to patrick kane? Or is a fast skater and high compete level player like martin st. loius?

thyebalm mentioned it in the prospect tracking thread, but Gaudreau gets a lot of comparisons to Paul Karyia.
IMO thats a pretty fair comparison as they play similar style games, though I think Karyia was able to shoot the puck far better than Gaudreau can and probably is a better goal scorer.
OT but Karyia had 100pts in 39 games in the Hockey East conference (same conference Gaudreau plays in) for his draft year. Gaudreauby Baker has a lot of work to do yet!
