First time I've ever had this on CP. Not sure if you're aware:

Those usually come because an image or something is hotlinked from another site (in this case ########.org), not from CP itself.

If you see it detail which page (link) you see it on so we can remove it.

EDIT: This site's been a problem before, so I just blacklisted it.

This is a good reason for people to re-host their images before posting them.
