How would you go about reporting him? You can only assume what he is doing since you can't see him. Embarassing him when you really don't know what he is doing is kind of lame.

And besides whoever you tell won't be able to do anything about it without solid proof.

I doubt the proof would be solid.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that was in the stall.

True. I'm not really going to report him, but it just made me curious about the legality of it. I thought I should explain why the question was on my mind though so I didn't look like I was just making plans for my lunch break.

I just have a picture of you standing in your boss' office making masturbation sounds.

“There is an expectation of privacy in a bathroom stall,” says Seattle Police Department spokesperson Sergeant Sean Whitcomb. “So, obviously, what people do there is their personal business.”

If things went down exactly as you described, SPANK, you’re not in any legal danger, as you were doing your own private business in the privacy of a bathroom stall. The guy who peered into your stall, however, could be in trouble.

“Here’s the irony: the person peeping into the stall is the person we’d be interested in talking to,” says Whitcomb. “You don’t need to be peeping into the stall to see if someone is using it, and looking into a stall long enough to make a determination as to what the person is doing in that stall, exactly, is an indication that you’ve been looking a little longer than you need to.”

Office ejaculation aside, what? He wears converse sneakers with a business suit? What industry are you in, Hip-Hop?

Yes, but he wasnt wearing wingtips. He was wearing sneakers. Presumably white sneakers to camouflage the evidence.

http://www.silkroadspices.ca/products/bitters

They have a storefront in Inglewood and a booth in the Farmers Market. Or order online!

Do yourself a favour and also pick up their Cinnamon-Chili dry rub.

Checked the tech talk thread and didn't see anything germane so: I plugged in my iPad to download some TV shows and I got a message saying 'this iPad will not function without itunes10.7' or something similar. Yet, when I go to update iTunes via the iPad it appears I have the latest version because it won't initiate an upgrade. I also can't find anywhere in settings, etc. that tells me what version of iTunes is currently installed. Ideas on how to fix? Lastly, is there a 'why I hate Apple more with each passing day' thread?
