I don't know what his deal is, but when I didn't want one, he said "it would be wasted on you anyway"
He'd probably catch more flies with honey

Where can I get a good butcher knife for this purpose? Not a cheap piece of junk that won't keep an edge but also not a $300 professional chef knife? I was thinking less than $100?

Second for Knifewear. Good place to just check out different types and actually try them. They are pretty laid back and will explain whatever you ask. I spent $175 and got an amazing chef's knife.

Why weren't celiac disease and lactose intolerance diagnosed medical conditions in the 60s, 70s, and 80s? I never heard of these conditions and never knew of anyone having these conditions until the 90s?

Because guys don't want to seem like sissies or that they're jumping on some diet bandwagon for going gluten-free so they just claim to be celiacs.

They were. But testing as well as awareness amongst medical professionals and the public has improved since then. It's not like lactose intolerance came out of nowhere. Its effects have been noted for thousands of years and it's estimated that the majority of the world's population has it to some degree. It's just much more prevalent in regions where there hasn't been a long history of dairy consumption. Prior to widespread testing and diagnosis of those conditions people would probably just avoid dairy or wheat because it made them feel sick.
That doesn't mean some people don't act like hypochondriacs or pretend to have an affliction that they don't, but lactose intolerance and Celiac disease are very real and demonstrable things that have existed for millennia.

Thanks for the explanation. Growing up I don't remember a single kid at school who suffered from either condition and up until my 30s (I'm ancient), it was basically the same.
These days it seems like every other person you meet is on a special diet because of one condition or another.

How do you get a list of the 100 most viewed videos on you tube?
Seems simple, type it into google, but that doesn't work. As far as i've read bieber and gangnam style should be first and second if the list is correct.

Thanks but i tried that and just get the " somebody that i used to know" video as number one which is obviously wrong.
Anyway, i'll keep plugging away at it. I was hoping for a chart or list.

It's taking forever to get hot water in my shower in the morning - who should I call to come in and look at and/or fix and repair my hot water heater?

First check to make sure your temp is turned all the way up on the hot water tank thermostat.
We had an issue where my son got into the utility room one day and turned ours all the way up, which caused some problems of the opposite variety.
