To be fair, Sportscentre is on a channel that does sports recaps, news, and debates 24/7/365. CBC only focuses on hockey for ~7 hours a week. So TSN doesn't need to have a half hour post game show if they have other stuff on queue. For CBC, they don't have other stuff on queue since their schedule is set for that limited time of hockey per week. What CBC discusses during that time, TSN has done multiple times that day, and all week.

Durant has been a Stamps killer, and nearly did it again. I do not like him, but I respect him.

Tate wasn't kidding about that knock on the noodle..he just reiterated on QR77 that he doesn't much remember about the 1st half.

Overtime on the fan960 has shown us we as a fan base have no place to be mocking other teams fans for their calls after a tough loss.
Going to be a lot of talk about Tate this week if he was that badly concussed and allowed to play after.

Let 'em. They're so used to having the stripes up their butts that when a game is officiated somewhat fairly (as in the Stamps only have ONE touchdown taken off the board by a phantom call), they can't take it.
Myself, I'm going to let them whine, and distract myself with thoughts of thousands of mulleted, beer-gut-displaying, green-clad goobers making the lonely trek back to the sticks with their hollowed-out melons to match their hollowed-out skulls and eight months to go until they can annoy us all again with their crap - whether it be figurative or literal.

Fair enough, it's just when you very definitivly call one guy a winner and just as definitivly call another group of players not winners, it comes off a little odd, considering one of those three has won the ultimate prize.
Usually when people look back at players, especially quarterbacks, and label them winners, they're reffering to winning championships.

There are other big games beside the Grey Cup.

hahaha!!! a friend of mine from Saskatchewan was also saying the penalties the Riders got on the first half was not warranted. I have to explain to him that when a guy try to hit you with helmet-to-helmet, it is an automatic penalty and he should be kicked out of the game. The other one, you cannot pull the facemask to stop Cornish from scoring. I can't remember the other two penalties he was talking about that was not warranted.

How was he allowed to play then? Yikes.
He was good tonight. Some GREAT throws, some BRUTAL throws. He will have to improve if Calgary is to beat BC.
Cornish was very good tonight

Dude lost his grandmother this week. He was probably pretty emotional and likely didn't want to be seen crying on the field.
Edit: A concussion probably didn't help the matter.

Yep they were all good calls, not sure anyone would complain about them
That's why it irks me when fans complain about reffing ,on the most part if people were to watch two teams they didn't care about they would probably find that refs blow bad calls both ways.

The thing about Darian Durant...he is capable of winning that game if the Stamps defense wasn't smart and if they give him lots of time to pick his receivers with 20 seconds left. I was having problem watching those late 20 seconds to be honest with you. It was so fitting that the guy with the biggest heart on Stamps defense(Keon Raymond) intercepted the pass with no time left. The guy was still playing with his ankle wrapped up in tape and never quits.

I just saw the same interview on Global Sports. Tate never talked about losing his noodle on that hit. He was saying because there was so many things going this week (personal and other stuff) and too many things going on the first half that he can't even remember the first half. The guy's grandma just passed away on Tuesday the same day Hufnagel made the controversial decision on giving him a starting job, and so on. Way too many things in his mind. Heck, i wasn't playing and i couldn't half of what happened in the first half and I wasn't even playing the game just watching on TV.

The same interview?
What he said on QR77 is that he got his "bell rung," and not the first time, he said he's been playing football since he was 6 and has had his "bell rung" before.
He was then asked if he was checked out for possible concussion at halftime and he said yeah, Pat Clayton said he was good to go.
And this was all discussed later on the QR post game show.
