I'm sure Eberle and Hall are really eager to 'pay their dues' in the AHL so they can get to wear the numbers that they have when they're the core of an NHL team... Sometimes coaches amaze me.

Breen was very noticeable against Peoria, and not in a good way. He was always getting caught flat footed and pylon'd. It's nice to see his skating improve.

I first met Breen a couple years ago when we drove to OKC to see the Heat play. I was blown away by his strength. I have always appreciate him and loved watching him play. He's got something special in my opinion.

Nobody in Edmonton cares about teeth.

I'm kinda shocked OKC didn't score on a few of the chances i saw them get. Pretty solid 1st.

Heat typically start slow, so this has been a decent first.

This GSP poker commercial is absurd. All online poker commercials, for that matter. Just awful.

^ GSP reminds me of Van Damme in that commercial, in that he's not a very good actor...

Oh, as long as we're refreshing everything coming out of a lockout, how's about we get some new music, Sportsnet? This trumpet riff is lamer than FDR's legs.

I didn't, but I for sure know about the ford escape's four cylinder Eco boost engine getting 47 mpg. Just like Baertschi!

Oh, and now I also know about the ram. Good stuff, Detroit.

Sven makes another good play. Do we even bother mentioning them at this point?

A bit underwhelmed with Brodie.
Rob Kerr isn't in his usual library mode. Why can't he do flames games like this.
