No they were the standard slow zombies. The whole battle of Yonkers was based on being overwhelmed by sheer numbers/volume.

Like I said I'm sure this will be an entertaining movie, but I'm a little disappointed (not surprised) in the direction Hollywood seems to be taking it.

I'll take my chances trying to live in a world with slow zombies...but when it comes to fast zombies I would just run towards them and get it over with.

That trailer looks awesome! And it has the one thing I've always thought was lacking in other zombie movies, sheer overpowering numbers of them. I'm really looking forward to seeing this.

And ya, fast moving zombies scare the poop out of me. Do not like.

Defiantly worth checking out.

On a side note, does it amuse anyone else besides me that the kid from About A Boy grew up to play Beast?

World War Z, despite the fast zombies look to be pretty fun. Unless they're totally ######ed, its hard to screw up a good zombie movie. So I'm not expecting much, since Hollywood is totally ######ed at times.

On another note, why does anyone still use any service besides Youtube to host movie trailers? Some of the 'movie' sites I visit at times try to link other streaming services, and they're crap compared to Youtube.

I want to click, wait a few seconds for it to load, and watch.

Not click, buffer, buffer, buffer....watch 3 seconds, buffer, buffer, buffer....watch, and then right when it gets interesting, have it freeze for no reason at all.

Or better yet, click....download quicktime, wait, wait, wait....click, buffer....freeze.

If I don't see a YouTube version, I just go look for it. First Showing seems to have caught on as of lately, as most of their trailers are now YouTube versions.

My problem with YouTube trailers of late is the seemingly never-ending bombardment of pop ups I need to click to remove. Generally if the official trailer is linked to the problem isn't as bad, but getting the wrong youtube can be very annoying.

This! My problem with Youtube in general now. I can understand maybe closing a little ad at the bottom at the start, they want to make money. But the friggin' "Click here to Subscribe!" "Like for funny line part!" "Click for more videos on our channel!" drives me bananas. Youtube used to be so simple.

Admittedly I'd never seen that, so thank you for the tip. Sadly on CP the full screen button and the hide annotations button are missing. Minor gripe.

For anybody interested, you can turn them off by default by signing into youtube, and then going to Your Name --> Youtube Settings --> Playback. There's a checkbox for both annotations and captions.

Trailer for Snitch with The Rock, Omar from The Wire, and Shane from The Walking Dead.
