Chelsea scores to win it at the death!

Van Persie just scored to tie it up for Man U against Braga.

Edit: Rooney just scored a penalty to put United up 2-1.

van Persie is just fantastic. As a fan, you just know that he'll score when he makes his run and the ball somehow comes his way. Reminds me a lot of van Nistelrooy back in the days.

I have been really impressed with him this year, he was always a great player but last year was another level and I thought it was an outlier, but it's just continuing and if anything improving

He's the best striker in the league and I think in the top 3 in the world right now with Ibra and Falcao

You're saying Ronaldo/Messi are A.M'ish then? Understandable.

Today's match.
Curious to see which of the youngsters gets to start.

My elementary guess:
-----------Johnstone
Vermijl - Wooton - Thorpe - Buttner
------------Fletcher
----Welbeck Cleverly Young
---------Powell - Macheda

Also, I pray to all that is holy, that Ronaldo absolutely destroys City tomorrow.

Which means he'll be in the middle Eastlands, but more importantly going to be at Fergie's statue unveiling at Old Trafford on Friday. Ahem, those transfer rumours can really flourish now please.

so if these scores hold

Shakhtar and Juve can play to a draw and both go through..... surely the Italians wouldn't stand for that kind of deal though would they?

Why is it the Italian's choice? Shakhtar are at home and probably the better team.
