the entire concept of a job is obnoxious. if i have never have a job again, it will be too soon.

and for you smart aleks, having a job and making money are not the same thing. we all need to make money, but punching a clock and making money for some d!ck CEO to live a lifestyle while cheering us on, please and no thanks.

Of the 3, I like the first purple.
I don't think I post enough to justify using another colour right now

I once had a job interview in a Mcdonalds. Only because the store I was applying for hadnt opened up and the Mcdonalds was the closest public place to meet near the store.

My weirdest interview was in a hotel room. Turned out to be fine. I am now a gigolo! Well actually I am a lawyer but I do #### people for money so same same right?Actually the boss was in from Vancouver and it was a nice room in the Sheraton but it was still a bit awkward. I think that may have been the idea but it ended up working out okay.

Yeah, you gotta stop with the purple font. It's jarring.

Fair enough. Just wondering. I'm also self-employed, so I'm always interested to hear about other peoples' businesses.

Oddest interview I ever had was a group one.

There were 3 interviewers and 5 applicants all at one boardroom table.

Was very fascinating to watch peoples reactions to other applicants as questions were answered; you can read so much about personality from body language.

I like them. My one and only interview for my current job took place at a pub. Had a burger, three beers and was hired. I will likely be running the show here sometime in the next year or three and I will conduct interviews the same way. Much more relaxed.

That happens in Asia a lot, just due to population and sheer number of applicants.

Then the employer usually just picks the best looking one.

This ladies and gentlemen, is how to spot a meth dealer on the internet.

OT: I had an interview in public once. I was young and somewhat gullible and met a guy at my then job. He said he liked the cut of my jib and wanted to know if I could come to work for him "running computers". I said sure Ill interview for you and he takes my phone number.

Months go by and I get a phone call from him and says to meet him at the Arby's on 32 Ave NE. (That shouldve been my first clue as to how legit this was). I meet him there and he goes on for an hour about "selling products" online (his little pyramid scheme). I say no thanks and see you later. As Im getting up from the table, he grabs my arm and in a mocking tone says "You dont want to be a minimum wage deadbeat all your life do you?"

Thats when my other fist connected with his jaw and sent two of his teeth flying. The Arby's employees just stared in disbelief, and I left with this 40 year old guy crying on the floor.

I didnt get the job.
