hmmm i still have never been to the strippers. Maybe i'll try it one day. Also i thought you weren't allowed to touch them in Alberta, so no danger here right? haha

i've been to the french maid twice in my life, and neither time would i say i enjoyed myself. just don't see the draw of tossing loonies into a paper funnel. now Vegas on the other hand...

Alberta strippers are horribad. I think dancing is a fine way for a segment of the population to earn a living, but the throwing loonies at some chick's snatch for a poster or magnet is totally brutal. Lap dances are less degrading.

Agreed as well...and it was not the girls or anything like that that made it better. I found it to be more of a social time out with a bunch of people in a great atmosphere vs the ones in Calgary where half the people are in zombie mode just staring for hours straight.

I highly suggest that you should check out Portland for strip clubs. I think I like it better than Vegas.

Based on my visits to this particular club (Penthouse Philadelphia), it's a fairly safe bet that she was not fat. The contact between customers and dancers is usually comparable to what you'd find at a Vegas club, though it sounds like this guy got more contact than he bargained for.

30 years ago you couldn't walk into a bar without seeing a stripper. Some of them were pretty good dancers and put on a good show. I haven't seen a stripper in years but yeah I agree throwing loonies into a funnel is pretty degrading.

North America's clubs are all tame.
Hungarian strip club/sex shows.......that's the way to go.
Like nothing I have ever seen before or again in my life.

How did you reach the conclusion that strip clubs are degrading? I have some good friends who are strippers, and I promise you that they don't feel that there's anything degrading about what they do. It seems awfully sexist to say that they've been degraded by their jobs based on your value judgement of how much of their own skin they should or should not feel comfortable showing to strangers.
