I dont get the notion that just because he's giving him cheap rent he's entitled to his food? Especially after talking to him about multiple times. If he wants more compensation for staying there, charge more rent. Guy sounds like an arsehole.

I am so frustrated reading this thread. I am raging at how beta papi is being, the dude that is banging his sister is bullying him and eating his food. Does the guy look like biff from Back to the Future? That is how I envision him.
Why won't you nor respond to the lock suggestion. Look, I have about 4 commercial padlocks sitting here right now. I will mail you one, and a latch if you quit being so beta. I will even send the tools to install it. I have a couple doorknobs with locks if you need one even.
If you don't take action, and stop acting so weak, you deserve this.

If you live in a high rise, or near the top of your complex wait until he goes on your balcony then lock him out for an indefinite amount of time (especially good during the colder months).
I did this once to a roommate who kept breaking some of stuff, then lying he wasn't the one doing it. Well he moved out soon after, but I think he got the message loud and clear to not give me any guff.

Ok Gents, sorry for the long response, i was at work, something foreign to my roomate. Anyways i picked up a lock and have since installed it. My only concern with this was as a previous poster mentioned i didnt want it to have to come to this and make it look so crazy as to install a lock to keep this guy out. Anyways im past the point of caring what he thinks of me so it is done and hopefully this solves the problem.
A couple comments about getting my sister on my side of it. She is very much on my side and has spoken to him about the issue and has so again today haha.
Pylon, i am not acting "beta" its simply he his a 230 pound muscle builder (thus why he eats so damn much) and my sisters boyfriend. Im not going to start any physical confrontation and uncessecary drama and make my living situation more uncomfortable! I confronted him 2 times as has my sister i mean not much more i can do than that. The lock is installed and lets hope thats the end of this!

I wasn't suggesting you physically confront the guy, you can still stand up for yourself without that. Brains will always beat out braun, and it doesn't sound like this idiot is the brightest crayon in the box.
