I think the refs are just so used to throwing the flag now they will do it on every play, even if there was no actual penalty.

Score flatters Calgary, 17-6 is not that bad all things considered. Lulay had it way way too easy, can't have that.

Yes i agree but it could have been 17-14 also. Stamps blew the 1st two good possessions there.

1st half is a game to forget for Stamps defense. They are awful with Lulay getting lots of time picking his nose then picking his receivers. No pressure most of the time and when the Stamps came up going after him, receivers are so wide open. BC Lions does not have any veteran receivers tonight other than Shawn Gore. They are getting burned all night.

As for offense, they are moving the ball BUT they can't finish. No momentum whatsoever. Don't understand how the ref missed a PI on that Glenn's INT pass. There was some contact on the receiver on that play.

As for the game itself, the flag happy referees are ruining the tempo of this game. Yes most of the flags are for BC Lions but the Stamps penalty are usually the ones that hurts them.

Stamps defense need to play much better... pressure Lulay..safety blitz and so on. Punish the guy every play. Let him run the ball rather than throw it. Offense needs to play better. Cornish been getting some good yardage and use that to their advantage. McDaniel and Lewis needed to be use more. OLine needs to tighten up more.
