Rename the CBA threads

Can we have the 2 threads renamed so they are more obvious? (citing Demented Reality can't tell the difference. FTR I can't either, I have to look at the author)

Can we name them like:

CBA News and Updates

CBA Discussion

They got renamed incorrectly. The one that's labelled as "Discussion" is the one where it's only supposed to be news and updates and vice versa.

It may help to be "News, Updates, Quotes"
I liked the "quote" part of the previous title, and is what inspired me to get a batch of quotes/twitters/etc to get the stuff back on track.
