on $25 15% would be 3.75, so I would tip that or 4 (usually by credit card so 3.75 works) if cash I would probably pay $30 if the service was great. If I paid $40 on a $25 bill I would feel like I threw away $10

Paying for someone else and the bill about $50, I'll leave about $70.

your problem is with arithmetic

I'm usually pretty confident in my urinal etiquette, but the restrooms at my new office have me second guessing myself. So here's the situation:

Position A is a children's urinal
Position B is a full sized urinal
Position C is a full sized urinal
Position D is a crapper
There are additional crappers beyond D, but they aren't really relevant.

Obviously, the urinal in Position C is the correct selection if you walk into an empty bathroom, but I haven't figured out what to do if the stall in position D is occupied but all three urinals are free.

If I knew that the other urinals would remain unoccupied, I'd go with urinal B to provide a buffer between myself and the crapper, but that risks forcing another guy to go right next to me if he walks in before I'm done. Urinal A provides a buffer and leaves an open space for the next guy at Position C, but if there is no next guy, I just used a children's urinal for no reason. Position C could work, but then I'm right beside the guy in the stall.

I'm always option A, I don't like my knob smelling like urinal cakes

No buffer between the pisser and the crapper, what sort of bathroom is this??

Position D and C have a wall between them. Position C is fair game if D is in use.

C is correct whether D is occupied or not. The D crapper is about as relevant as the other crappers you deemed not relevant. Urinal etiquette is strictly for urinals. Unless its one of those odd single washrooms with a urinal, crapper, no wall between, and no lock on the door. In which case the answer is a different bathroom all together.

Agreed with position C. The person in stall D is likely holding it until you leave anyways.

This reminds me of a strip club bathroom that I had the misfortune of entering last year. There was a urinal, a crapper, no divider, and a bathroom attendant. I guess they'd previously had a problem with guys getting a little too worked up by the dancers and taking matters into their own hands in the bathroom, but I can't imagine a more awkward job than being an attendant in a bathroom with a stall-less crapper.

I decided to piss in the parking lot.

I think people get too worked up over tipping. Do I tip for this or that? Should i split it between bills? Should I tip for whatever random service.

Tipping is up to you. If you don't feel like giving a tip don't. Whats the worst that happens? You get a scold from some idiot who likely didnt do anything to earn it anyways? If you want good service from a place you frequent than you might want to be tipping well. Other than that do as you please. I work at a pizza place for a few years in highschool and have to say that I never noticed who tipped for pick up or anything. If a guy threw a 5 in the jar or something it was awesome, but theres no way I would have remembered who did it.

Anyo have any tips for removing tree sap off my windshield and hood of my car? I have bought various sap removal products from Canadian tire and none of them have had any success.

Re: which stall to use

I'll leave a gap if convinient but for the love of christ when did we all become so ####ing paranoid about someone pissing two feet away from us? I've seen dudes rub their balls on other guys passed out faces (make fun all you want, anyone who's been to a house party in HS/Uni has seen something similar), I've seen dudes whip out their junk in front of girls for the fun of it, I've an entire bus full of dudes pull over on the side of the road and piss in front of women, children, cops etc but all of a sudden pissing in a urinal within 5 feet of another guy is too much to handle? WTF man?

Are you worried he's going to look at your dick? That you might get some of his splashback if his aim is outta control? Or maybe you're worried that you can't help but look at his dick and this will release some sort of primal homosexual tendency that you didn't know existed and the next thing you know you're in the stall blowing him and you never even got his name.....

If I'm in a bathroom at the Dome and there are 20 stalls and someone pisses next to me I might think it a tad weird. If I'm at work and the options are kids urinal or stall or stand next to some guy for 45s, I'd be ok with it. Frankly I don't pay a lot of attention either way to the other people in the mensroom.

So you're okay with me standing 20-inches away and possibly poking you in the eye?
