Hey I thought sarcasm was what this world was built on. You tossed it out , I Tossed it back. I thought that was the game of trash talk? Of course Pat tells me Americans are stupid all the time, mainly because he wants to be one so he can own some guns, so I am pretty used to hearing that.

In real life, it makes sense because it's unfair to the player to make him bounce around from team to team, so only teams that want to keep him should be claiming him.

In the CPHL, the player is a grouping of numbers and letters with no family, whom we want teams to be able to swap without unnecessary restrictions.

I think the key here , is what if I was next ( which Im not bc the Jets are awesome) and I needed a back up goalie? I only lost him because the guy that inherited a ####ty team got 1st call and just wanted him to trade. That's all I am saying. You wait til the CBA expires and we have discussions I will lockout this shizz until this loophole is closed .
