They are making these games unwatchable this is a snails pace. They can't continue on, but knowing how stubborn the NFL is, might have to get used to 4 hour games.

May be in the minority, but still don't mind the replacement refs. They're doing their best to get things right and may take a ton of time and still still miss things, its through inexperience, to a point.
The "real" refs don't get near as much scrutiny and blow as many calls...they're just better at covering up their mistakes and not making it as obvious when they have no idea what to call and when...and the "real" refs make a lot of calls based on reputation of the player and/or repoire with particular players/coaches.
