Apples and oranges. Paparazzi have nothing to do with their position or their lifestyle. She was at a private home on vacation and should have every expectation of privacy. That guy is a scumbag.

Again, you're painfully confused.
Paris Hilton is famous because she got naked, Kate Middleton married into royalty, royalty that has been around a lot longer then pseudo-celebrities.
Kate didn't do anything wrong, she doesn't deserve it.

If you can't get hard at the thought of Kate Middleton, a truly classic beauty, you might want to get that blood flow checked.

Strike it down as lesson learned. I am sure millions are being spent trying to take the pictures down. Nobody deserves it, but that doesn't mean you can't be more responsible with your image.

See what you are saying is absolute garbage.
These photos where taken about a 1/2 mile away with a major lens.
How dare you or anybody blame her for laying in a private yard far from the naked eyes of anyone

In my eyes there is not difference between old and new money.
I don't support the "privilage of royalty"
Also, I am wondering why none of you have started threads about all the other public figures that have been photographed in the same situation....

This is a photo of a woman who has nothing and I repeat nothing to deserve having these photos taken.
Your dislike of the royals has blinded you not see the difference between this case and crap celebs who does this on purpose.

Nevermind.
We disagree.
You like her, it's clear, which is fine she is a pretty girl, but if she didn't know what she was getting into by the marriage she is a fool.
PS:, my point is there is indignation about the photos being taken, yet it happens all the time to other celebrities/public figures and their wives, it is part of the territory........

or you love of the royals has blinded you....see it goes both ways.
I learnt long ago that people has different opinions, so it's cool we don't agree.

Obviously when you are "Royalty" and the technology available allows the paparazzi to take the picture and make money from them it changes things. You must not understand my use of responsible. If it can happen, and you don't want it to happen then don't do it. It's not a matter of right or wrong with the paparazzi as that is a separate issue.
If your on private land driving drunk it still not a good idea because something bad can still happen.
Again it's a lesson learned.

I am quite indifferent about the royal family seeing as though they have absolutely no impact to me in my life. That being said from a human standpoint, if someone doesn't want themselves to be photographed naked/topless and is in a private residence where one can be expected to have that expectation of privacy and someone photographs them, I can understand them being upset. This is no different than a peeping tom putting a camera in a ladies washroom or attempting to photograph under a ladies skirt.
Just because she is in the royal family doesn't mean that she should have no expectation of privacy at any point during her life.

I like that peeping tom remark. It would be great to have privacy laws in place.
I disagree about the royal family statement. Your life is completely public and it is your actions alone that make it private. Why do you think Depp lives in France where nobody cares who he is. There are islands where celebrities go to be free and private and they can do what they want away from the paparazzi.
To ignore the technology available and the demand in the market is very naive of Kate.

Some of you are so sensitive.
Shes famous and got photographed naked. Did she deserve it? No. Is it her fault? Not really.
Will she live? Yes.
It's not like she was caught blowing the prince or taking part in an orgy. Yeah it's embarrassing but its just her boobs. Shes European for god sake, you see topless girls sunbathing in public regularly in Europe (its awesome).
This will literally affect her in no way; her PR, her bank account, her relationship, everything will stay the same.
