Haha oh ya my cousin who's super competitive in the league is always accusing me of doctoring things if he has anything less than a top 5 pick heading into the draft. It's hilarious.

Calvin Johnson for Ryan Matthews and Holmes is a offer I've received. I have Reggie bush CJ spiller also benson and John Stewart as my backs, Desean Jackson Larry as my receivers

Alright CP . . . any suggestions for this weekend:
Start Peyton Manning or RG3?
Manning's playing the Falcons on Monday night and RG3's playing the Rams on Sunday. Due to Rams suckage and the Falcons being respectible I'm inclined to start RG3. However I'm finding it really hard to bench Payton Manning, especially after last week's game against the Steelers.

I think you take that offer. Matthews health is always a risk, and San Diego's line was less than impressive against the Raiders. Even in double coverage Megatron still puts up numbers.
Would it be an overreaction to sit Maclin this week in favor of Randy Moss? Maclin still did well last week, but I'm thinking Baltimore could expliot the Iggles offensive line, and that takes Maclin out of the game. Whereas Moss might still be able to get in the end zone against Detroits pass defence.

Keep in mind that Matt Cassel still had a reasonable day against the Falcons. Better than Matt Stafford did against the Rams. Plus the Falcons lost their top corner in Brent Grimes. Manning in a dome environment can probably put up 300 yards and 3 TD's against the Falcons. Whereas the Rams defence shows flashes of being a pretty decent unit.

Got offered Fred Jackson for Anquan Boldin. I already have Austin, Nicks, and Jennings at WR so I figure I can let Boldin go, and if I need to pick up another WR there are still quite a few guys available on waivers. I only have McCoy, CJ2K, Alfred Morris (who knows what happens in the Redskins backfield if he has a bad game), and Beanie Wells.
Should I take it?

Rams don't completely suck on defense. They have linebackers that will hunt down RG3 that the saints did not. They also picked off Stafford 3 times. RG3 will not have the same game. Love the fact a rookie has one big game and he's easily better than a hall of famer that showed he's still got the tools to succeed.
Manning playing in a potential shootout game. Atlanta may get up early too forcing Manning to just keep on throwing. Easy choice.

SF probably won't take many shots downfield again as they can just run the ball and do the same 10 yard passes they did against Green Bay. Moss will probably have similar receiving numbers but possibly without the TD. His TD was a result of blown coverage so kinda lucky.
Maclin won't play at 100% due to not fully practicing this week with injury. I also agree with you Ravens could get to the QB too forcing quick bad throws. Tough call. I think if Maclin plays he's the better option. Moss could get 0, 5 or 10 targets. Just have no idea who they'll spread the ball too. Maclin will at least get targets for sure.

To get an absolute stud like megatron I think you have to do it. Holmes is not a big loss and Matthews will hurt not having him if he comes back and doesn't get hurt, but that upgrade to Calvin is too big to pass up.

Take Calvin Johnson.
Don't sit Manning for RGIII, that game will be a shootout for Manning....in a dome...against a weaker secondary.
Don't think Maclin will play and Detroit'ss secondary is almost laughable, even with Houston back.
Fred Jackson is out 4-8 weeks, so if you think he will come back full speek and take over the starting job then Boldin isn't a high price to pay.

Maclin and Jackson both practiced today, with Maclin telling everyone he'd be fine for Sunday.

To be fair, Ryan Mathews also practiced today and said he was ready to go, but I doubt he plays this Sunday. Who really knows anymore?

Hey rube (and the other Eagles fans on this board who read this), you think D-Jax is gonna be good to go this weekend?
It's between him & Lance Moore for that 3rd spot for me. With Devery out I'm kinda itching to start Moore as I think he's in for a decent day, but at the end of the day he's Brees' #3 option out there whereas D-Jax is the #1, and I always feel more comfortable knowing I have a guy's #1 option in there (especially with Maclin out)...unless of course you think he's going to be hobbling around all day.

I think both him and Maclin will play, and if they do then Maclin is actually the true #1. Jackson is the home run hitter, but Maclin usually gets more catches.

Hearing both DeSean and Maclin had good days of work today and are likely to play Sunday for Iggles.
Don't trade CJ for anyone other than a stud RB or stud QB.

Obviously I know RG3 wont have a big day but having Phillip Rivers is pretty frustrating. Should I start RG3 over Rivers?

Thanks fellas, didn't realize Maclin was a go. Think I'm still gonna roll with Lance Moore...which is good news for Eagles fans, as it means that D-Jax will probably explode this weekend..
