The Bombers is a joke this year. Still think LaPolice is the real problem here? The GM is a joke, the new coach is a joke punting instead of going for 3 points. I just can't figure out what the heck was he doing. You kick a field goal on 40+ yards. If you make it they are ahead by 4 and Saskatchewan still have to go for TD with less than a minute to go with rookie QB. If they miss the field goal, they get 1 point or none at all but the Riders returner will waste some valuable time to get out of the end zone. Just doesn't make any sense at all.
Some players are a joke and very selfish. As much as Maynor was playing well, it wou;d be so stupid to slam the QB after the whistle. Yes, the stadium was loud but you would have figure you've been holding the QB for quite awhile, the play would have blown dead.
Anyways, thanks Bombers for mailing two points to Saskatchewan. Stupid, stupid!!

Can't believe Moon is blaming the officials for calling the Maynor penalty. That was so flipping obvious his OWN teammates went after him harder than the Rider's O linemen. hahahahahhahaa.
what an idiot.

You called it a sissy call. Even the replacment refs in the NFL would have called it.

It was sissy because it wasn't a rough play. He should have got 15 yards for being an idiot not roughing the passer. If you are going to make that play make it count and hammer the QB down.
The call 100% should have been called the sissy comment had nothing to do with the refs making the call.

Looks like Shaw's days are numbered. Had four points on his foot and blew them all

I don't think it is fair to blame Shaw on both losses to the Stamps. The Esks offense did not produce against the Stamps and they were just lucky to be ahead or close late in the game. Eskimos did not deserve either game and unfortunately for Shaw, he was the last hope for both games. On the Labour Day game, that was a tough kick against the wind on 40+ yards. On the 2nd game, he was just unlucky the ball hit the crossbar. I have to say the Eskimos' organization should blame themselves for the losses. They dressed 4 RBs Messam, Charles, Boyd and McCarthy and did not even use them properly. I believe combined backup QB Mitchell + R Romby Bryant had more yardages than all 4 of them combined. That was so sad. Then they have a starting QB on the sideline on both game (not that he can make the difference because Jyles is probably the worst starter). Kavis Reed is well known for some stupid moves. Remember last year with his switch of his kickers during the game against the Stamps?
With Dales probably gone for the season, Edmonton might use Shaw as a punter and McKnight as field goal kicker.

Not blaming Shaw, just saying he had 4 points on his foot. Edmonton did not deserve either game.
I do think that this is related to Dales' injury as well

hahaha!! Edmonton Eskimos is a joke of a team in the West, Bombers in the East.
I have no idea what the heck is Kavis Reed is trying to do. First he dressed 4 RBs against Calgary and didn't give them the ball. Then he keep putting Kerry Joseph as a starting QB even though Steven Jyles is healthy. He claims Jyles is not. Then today at the end of the 1st half, he sent Shaw to kick the field goal then pulled him out and put Brody McKnight instead. It backfires not McKnight's fault though. They have 3rd down gamble and everybody was confused on the play and ended up handing the ball to Messam but Hamilton defense dropped him before he gets the first down. I think everybody in the CFL gave him too much credit last season.
Not complaining though because they keep losing. Their record is better than they are supposed due to the plays of the defense early in the season. Now that the defense is getting tired and offense is not producing, it is showing on their play.

Durant is still banged up (I presume) and Willy will start for the Riders against Montreal. Montreal's defence hasn't been stellar this season but I am expecting a Montreal victory tomorrow.

Well was nice to have a game go down to the wire after the blowouts. Ricky Ray played really well, his receivers struggled tonight

That penalty call was hilarious. Rider guy runs into his own player and gets 15 yard unnecessary roughness penalty.

Is Milt Stegall drunk or just an idiot?
He thinks that the Riders should "just keep what they are doing because it is working for them"?
They have 6 points and under 100 yards of offense, how is that close to working?

I didn't see any of the game so I don't know what was going on, but wasn't Stegall the guy who said they didn't need to change anything even though they had lost (at that point) 3 straight

I missed the last half of the BC-Toronto game last night. I thought Ricky Ray was awful in the 1st half and wondering if he bounced back.
Saw the Riders-Montreal game. I thought the Riders will get lucky again to win because of the way the Als offense been playing in the 2nd half. SJ Green dropping 2 easy catch and Richardson dropping one and getting penalized. Calvillo was starting to be off throwing the ball. Luckily the young Drew Willy made a mistake throwing an INT. Oh yeah, it happens after Glen Suitor started talking how good Willy is. He was talking like Willy is going to be the next great QB trying to figure out how many seasons before he can match Calvillo's record. Come on Suitor the guy only played a few games so far in his career and this is his first start. The only reason why he won the game was because of Tim Burke's stupid call to punt rather than kick a field goal. Anyways Montreal won 28-17 over the Riders.
