Default Addiction counsellor / Programs in Calgary?

Hello fellow hockey fanatics,

I'm curious if anyone can recommend a solid counsellor or program in this city that boasts high success rates and can be seen for minimal money.. or free if possible?

I've been doing okay (in the sense I've stayed away from certain things) but these last few weeks have been a real trial. I'm starting to feel lost again.

Any suggestions would be helpful, I realize I could google or just find a Narcotics Anon meeting.. but I'd rather avoid a group setting.

Thank you.

You can try the Calgary Counselling Centre. They have a sliding fee schedule where your counselling session cost depends on your financial situation.

I recommend Calgary Counselling Center. I have been there for different reasons (relationship stuff) and it was helpful for me.

Or, if you are a student, the U of C has a good counselling center too. I don't think you need to be a student or alumnus, but I could be wrong.

Best of luck.
