I have scored 20 or more goals in a season 6 times at the NHL level.
I have played for two franchises that have relocated. I relocated with one of them.
Both franchises have won Stanley Cups AFTER they relocated. However, I was not on the team when either of them won.
Both these teams made a blockbuster deal 7 years after I retired.

Kent Nilsson?
6 20 goal seasons
Moved with the Flames
Played with the North Stars but not when they moved
Flames and Stars have won Cups
If the trade in question is Iggy/Nieuwendyk, the info is misleading, as the Magic Man had an aborted comeback with the Greasers in 1994-95.

Nilsson is not the player I was looking for, but you sure got all the clues figured out.
He really does fit the profile above though eh? I never even thought of it.

How about Willie Plett then?
Same teams as Nilsson, 6 times in a 7 year span scoring 20.
And still the Iggy/Nieuwy trade.

Thanks, I'm a bit of a sponge when it comes to useless (as opposed to useful) trivia. Not so good at creating the questions though.

Try this one,
I was once traded for a former Head Coach of the Buffalo Sabres.
I had two seperate stints with the Vancouver Canucks, but none of them in the NHL.
I have over 0.9 PPG and have played over 1000 games in the NHL.

I'll admit I had no clue on that one, but my sources ( hockeydb.com) tell me you might be looking for Andy Bathgate, who was traded for future Sabres coach Marcel Pronovost in 1965, and had a couple of stints with the Vancouver Canucks of the WHL in the early 50s.

I once scored a goal on the last night of the regular season to get my team into the playoffs.
I have once lost in the Memorial Cup Finals.
I once scored back to back to back 40 goal seasons.

Now that I'm "above the weather" again, I'll rejoin this thread...
In my rookie year my mother grounded me and took away the keys to my sports car because I broke team curfew.
I went on to have a successful career, playing in over 1000 games, scoring more than 500 goals and 1000 points. I played for Team Canada at the 1996 World Cup. My name is also engraved on the Stanley Cup.

I scored 20 goals as a rookie in the NHL. I am still with that team.
I have represented my country at the WJC, World Championships, Olympics and World Cup.
I won a co-MVP award in another league with a current team mate of mine.

I had won a Stanley Cup playing on the same team as my daughter's boyfriend.
I was a prolific jr. scorer but known as a premier shutdown man in the NHL.
