Holy crap....see what Oklahoma is doing to poor Savannah State?

Its 77-0 in the 4th Q...they have over 300 yds rushing and almost as many passing.

Yikes.

Not that it really matters but that is Oklahoma State that destroyed Savannah State 84-0, Oklahoma is about to kick off against UTEP in Arizona.

So much for a close game between Arkansas State and Oregon. Ducks up 29-0 with 2:21 left in the 1st quarter.

I now have a new frame of reference when people say "worst case scenario."

Jeebus that was bad.

As much as I hate 'Bama, I love watching Michigan lose.

A few things I learned today

1. Florida is going to be a min 4 loss season this year

2. Oregon's jerseys make ######s mad

3. Bama is freakish good and should be ranked #1 next week.

Say what?

Quote:
Eureka (Ill.) College quarterback Sam Durley threw for 736 yards Saturday in a 62-55 victory over Knox to break the NCAA single-game passing record.

Durley completed 34 of 52 passes and threw for five touchdowns, including two in the final two minutes as the Red Devils closed the Division III game with 17 unanswered points.

The record-breaking throw came with 20 seconds remaining when Durley hit Jake Bane on a 13-yard touchdown pass. That broke the record of 731 yards passing set by Menlo College's Zamir Amin in 2000 against Cal Lutheran, which was also a Division III game.

Houston's David Klingler holds the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision single-game passing record with 716 yards against Arizona State in 1990.

In addition to the NCAA record, Durley also set school records for all-time passing yardage (6,095), attempts (792) and touchdowns (48).

I love college football.

I've always liked A&M, trolling Florida only makes those feelings stronger.

True, just some enthusiastic boosters. A well placed billboard is always a fun little jab, like this one next to the USC campus back in 2006.

Bama was in a totally different league. It will be interesting to see if they go to the Championship again. Unbelievable team they have.
Their O-line is enormous for NCAA. A combined 311, 320, 302, 310, 335 and most them 6'5.
They are bigger than than either team that played in the Superbowl winning Giants 310, 320, 312, 305, 304.
or the Patriots... 320, 310, 300, 310, 320.
Denard looked scared to run and without that Michigan has very little offensive weapons.
Thank God Rodriguez is no where near this program, scheduling Alabama as the first game of the season was suicide. Now the Wolverines are physically battered and bruised for their upcoming games.
Could be a really bad season having suffered several injuries.

and Alabama takes over as number 1.

http://espn.go.com/college-football/rankings

They have two major tests this year with visits to Arkansas and LSU. And of course LSU gets them at home off their bye week, again. Three years in a row LSU gets Alabama after a bye ... seriously now.

Florida State is favoured over Savannah State by 70.5 points. Which I assume is also probably the over/under.

Not that I don't find it hilarious, but you probably should keep your head down for a bit when your last championship was before Pearl Harbour.
