If you were God and had the power to do anything ...would you seriously have people like this speaking on your behalf?

You know....

The catholic church has its failings, but in recent activities it is showing a willingness to be accountable for those failings. I wish more organizations would be so accountable.

Can't think of a less accountable organization.

I am not sure what you mean by this.

The Vatican and the Dioceses have only buckled under massive media and public pressure and made available abuse data to law enforcement. This is under duress and certainly it is hard to see proactive steps taken by the church to reveal and help prosecute sex offenders in the clergy.

The public pressure and outrage on the issue is entirely appropriate and the victims are true victims. The guilty should be aggressively punished.

I can't say more except that I believe th catholic church is not the only organization with skeletons. In the last few years there has been much more accountability.

That Priest sounds like a real stand up guy, very high in morals

He deserves something like this on a daily basis..

But carry on all you Catholic church bashers... don't let the facts get in the way of a good rant.
Seems well enough to host his own radio show and give interviews...

Maybe I missed something in my ######ed atheist thoughts...I could have sworn he was an ordained catholic priest.

So a bump on the head turned the man into a pedo? More like he was unable to censor himself properly.

just because a Priest, Minister, Reverend, Padre, Father, Rabbi, Maulvi, Imam, Brahma, Lama, etc of any religion has the title does not mean they speak on behalf of God.
There are plenty of wolves in sheeps clothing within all churches world wide. True Men of God do not act like that.

True. It's hard to speak on behalf of a fictional character.
