Can sub-forums have sub-forums?
I'm thinking that in the Food and Entertainment sub-forum it would be nice to have a Recommended Restaurants forum.
... perhaps on-going individual mega threads for recommended Chinese, Italian, Steak, Seafood, ect, restaurants?
Sure would save a lot of searching for a great place for dinner and people on CP are pretty good restaurant critics.
What do you think?

Why not just a recommend a restaurant thread? I don't think we need a sub-forum for restaurant recommendations, but that's just me. I'm not even a fan of the food and entertainment sub-forum. I think the less sub-forums the better.

I think you are on to something. Under the Recommended Restaurants forum you can have the Fast Food forum and the Dine in Forum and the Fine Dining forum. Each of those can have Locally Owned forums, as well as Chain Restaurant forums. Under the Chain restaurant forums you can have Regional Chains, and National Chains. Under National Chains you can have Canadian only Chains, USA Only chains, and International Chains.
