Was hoping to go to LSU/Bama on Nov 3 but tickets are way to expensive. Going to USC/Oregon instead. Should be an awesome season.

That should be a good game. I am going to the Utah/USC game and hopefully it decides the South division champ.

I think Utah may actually win this one.

I turned down going to the Wisc/Nebraska game. I can't afford it and I don't have the connection to the teams that my friend does. I think it'll be helluva game under the lights, and homecoming for him, though.

Some people think they should have the lights off with those new uniforms for both teams. FTR, I don't mind them.

Spoiler!

Other than Michigan (for which, these two are obvious rip-offs), I have never liked what Adidas has done with ncaa football jerseys. The material is too stretchy and the designs make my eyes bleed.

Here's a summary of all the new gear for 2012:

Wait til you see what Adidas has done to Notre Dame this year!

Always good to see Notre Dame looking like the joke that it is

Dude Nike has done some absolute terrible Jersey ideas. It's like Nike, ADIDAS, and UA are in the battle for the dumbest ass jersey contest.

Some of Nike's have been brutal, but they've also had a few hits. Adidas has just been universally bad, and UA is sort of intentionally going over the top.

Pretty sure UA won that battle with these monstrosities:

As hideous as those were I think UA got exactly what they wanted out of those, brand awareness. I imagine a good portion of people had no idea UA made jerseys or outfitted football teams beyond the compression gear before those things showed up.

Or knew that Maryland had a football team.

UA maybe had some recognition from Auburn being in the NC but your right, the only goal with that monstrosity was to be noticed.

As for Nike, I agree, they have been hit and miss, I like what they have done with several teams such as ASU, Wash State were very good upgrades last year, and I like what they have done in Oregon post 2009 prior to that they were adidas grade awful.

Can't wait for Saturday!

Bama and Michigan in prime time! So much easier being an Alabama fan now that they're good again and subsequently on TV. The first few years using the ESPN Gameday applet sucked haha.

Has Hoke said yet if Toussaint is sitting for that game? Everything I've seen so far is him playing coy. I think he should sit out but if he doesn't play that really hurts Michigan's (already) slim chance at victory.

That said, Alabama can suck it. GO BLUE!

Hoke is nuts to sit Toussaint. I hope he is just playing possum on this, from what it appears Toussaint will be at RB.
For the Maize&Blue to beat Alabama they are going to need their best roster.

That link goes to last year's...

Carrington Byndom is the only one from UT to have had a chance to be on that list. I predict he will be on the one at the end of the season. He isn't flashy so he doesn't get the attention others do, but he probably is the best DB that UT has had in the Mack Brown Era and that is saying a lot.
