Flash Walken already pointed this out in the "Life in Fort McMurray" thread, but I thought I should ask this either way.
How many of you actually drive a white car/truck? Almost every vehicle I see here in Saskatchewan with Alberta plates is painted white. They always seem to be white Dodge Neons or older model Civics.

Get some seed. Rake the crap out of the dead seed. Sprinkle in the seed and water lots. A bit of top dressing helps things along.
Tip - make sure the seed is the same kind of grass as what you have, otherwise it will look odd.

Are the people in the neons you see smokers? I have a theory that has a perfect track record of being accurate...not all smokers drive neons, but anybody who drives a neon smokes.

If the roots are still good I assume it will. The only time I know of that grass will grow back is if the roots are dead and the soil is contaminated... ie from dog urine.

Thanks but I live in the NW. It would probably cost more than that in gas to get there and back.

Does anyone know why there was what I would guess to be about 20 helicopters flying in a line just east of the City limits heading north? Bloody odd
Tried video but it comes out black

I was thinking the exact same thing, then I had a stupid idea that maybe a forest fire fighting sortie was returning from Utah or something silly.
I am pretty sure it was the Mars guys though.

Isn't there a ton of construction up in suburban NW (ex: Country Hills-ish area)? Why not just find a construction site and dump all your junk into one of the dumpsters when no one's around.

Because that's as dooshy as throwing it on someone's front lawn. You know that builders pay for those bins, right? You a-holes with your couches and dressers and coffee tables deserve to get your tires slashed the next night.

I've never done it in my life, so chill out. He doesn't want to pay $15 to dump his stuff, dumping it on someone else is probably the only way to do it for cheap, no?

It is incredibly stupid and dangerous NOT to wait. Why you ask? Because if you proceed, then cars coming the other way may not see the pedestrian, and because your car is moving as well, there is nothing left to catch their eye and tell them to slow down or stop.
NEVER start moving until the person has completely crossed the street and is off the roadway.
