Hey, I've been troubleshooting this problem for a couple months now. Just wondering if anyone can give me a hand.

When my computer crashed this summer I changed from Windows XP Home to Windows XP Professional. I reloaded eveything (a few times), the editor windows have the right and bottom margins without the blue background. The result is that I cannot see the text (white text on white background). For example when I'm editing my lines I can not see the defense pairings for the 3rd and forth line. I just guess and then use the position codes for each player to make sure I've got right players in the right spots. I can function but its a pain.
  • Reloaded all programs including Editor and Roster files
  • gmeditor_v1.5beta1 is located in a seperate folder in my Program files folder
  • I tried placing it in the Program files folder with out the sub folder without success
  • Editor functions fine except, I can't see the data along the right or the bottom margins
Any ideas? I've worked through most of the help screens for the editor, but most directly concern the editor functioning, this seams to be a graffics issue. All other software and downloads seem to work fine.

Has anyone tried the Beta 1.5.3?

Or is that the one we use?

Worked fine when I had XP Home, the problems started when I switch to Professional edition.

Not sure it'll help, but I can do a "print screen" and send a picture, but I think I need to have some web space to host it in order to post it here.
Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Yup tried these and no luck - these patches and helpful hints seem to be geared at the sim not functioning at all.
